    Whether you're heading to town, popping to the shops, or meeting friends for lunch, your BCP LIFE card can help your parking go a further.

    When you sign up for a BCP LIFE card just select "Parking" and the card will automatically link to your RingGo account using your phone number.

    When you pay for parking using RingGo you'll get an extra hour of parking added free of charge as long as it is:

    • after 9:30am
    • before the start of the overnight tariff and the extension would not take you into the overnight rate period
    • in selected council-run car parks
    • not exceeding the maximum stay of the car park

    No codes, no vouchers and no paperwork. Once your BCP LIFE and RingGo accounts are linked, the free hour is applied automatically whenever you pay for an eligible parking session. If you opted in for parking when applying for the card, your RingGo account will have been linked and there is nothing further to do.

    You can use the offer every day and as often as you like. Each eligible paid parking session comes with an additional free hour.

    The free parking offer is available in selected town centre car parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, making it easier to visit local shops, attractions, beaches and businesses.

    When you sign up you'll be asked to enter the mobile phone number associated with your RingGo account. Once entered, your accounts will be linked automatically.

    Please allow up to 48 hours for the connection to become active.

    Once linked, there's nothing else you need to do. The free hour will be applied automatically whenever you pay in an eligible car park.

    Simply pay for your parking through RingGo as normal and your free hour will be added automatically when you're parked in an eligible car park.

    The offer can be used more than once a day. Every eligible paid parking session receives an additional free hour, giving you more flexibility whether you're making a quick stop or visiting multiple destinations throughout the day.

    Your parking benefit is linked to your personal BCP LIFE account and isn't transferable to other people.

    There's no need to display your BCP LIFE card when you park. Everything is managed digitally through your linked accounts, ensuring your free hour is applied automatically whenever you're eligible.

    Check that:

    • the phone number connected to RingGo is correct
    • at least 48 hours have passed since linking your accounts
    • you started your parking session after 9:30am
    • the car park is included in the scheme
    • the free hour doesn't exceed the maximum stay of the car park
